The Freedonia Group predicts the outdoor living market will grow from $29.3 billion 2019 to $33.4 billion this year, including spending on plants, landscaping and gardening equipment, outdoor furniture and outdoor cooking and heating products.
That is what Weber, the grill-market share leader and Traeger, the inventor of wood pellet grills, are counting on with their recent IPO filings.
Traeger specializes in one niche: wood-pellet grills. As such, the company estimates it has penetrated only 3% of its addressable market. As the market for pellet grills is growing at about 30% per year, it's likely that pellet grills could reach a 25% share of the home grill market during the next decade.
Manchester Wood Pellets are made from 100% natural hardwoods, so they provides authentic wood-fired flavor, which is a key selling point of pellet grills. Another benefit is its instant, matchless start, powered by an electric coil. That gets you cooking as fast as with gas and much faster than with charcoal.
And because the fire is kept going by a fan to a specified temperature, a Traeger grill cooks via convection, so that it is able to do it all: grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise and barbecue.
One thing is for sure. Pellet grills powered by Manchester Wood Pellets provide superior flavor with limited effort. In a nutshell, you can become a BBQ Pit Master pretty quickly with a pellet grill and top quality barbecue wood pellets.
