#pulledpork recipe that will taste way better than most BBQ restaurants. It's a
#pelletgrill version of a
Jamie Oliver pulled pork recipe, but with much better flavor. You can make awesome
#pulledpork just like a pro, using a
#pelletgrill and
Manchester Barbecue Pellets. In this recipe, we used a pork roast from Stew Leonard's, then applied "33rd & Galena"
#dryrub from Penzeys Spices. Set your pellet grill to 225F and smoke (fat side down) until the
internal temperature reaches about 205F. Remove from
#grill, cover with tin foil and let rest for 30 minutes. Then, pull the
#pork apart with a fork and you are good to go (discard fat). Anyone can become a BBQ Hero with this recipe - without breaking the bank!
